Lunch and Learn - Micro Volunteering

This session we will have a presentation and discussion on Micro and Fundraising Volunteering from Collette, Senior Volunteering Development Manager at Young Lives vs Cancer. Collette's role currently focuses on developing, consulting with and training volunteer managers to be the best that they can be to support volunteers at Young Lives vs Cancer.

Her specialism lies in fundraising volunteering and has been in the sector for over 10 years now, having volunteered since she was in High School. She is passionate about volunteering and making things as easy as it can be for people to give their time and skills back to help improve the lives of children and young people with cancer. Micro-volunteering has quickly become a passion on hers as she truly believes it is a stepping stone to not only encouraging more volunteers but a more diverse range of volunteers into an organisation, with the hope that they will go on to do more either for the same organisation or others.
