Reports by volunteer and group
01
Volunteers check in and out of missions and shifts in the Volunteero app, and their attendance and hours are recorded as they go. Staff can check people in for them, and group leaders can check in the volunteers in their group, so nobody fills in a timesheet afterwards.
For extra control, require QR code check-in, so volunteers can only check in by scanning a code on site. Kiosk mode turns any device, even a coordinator’s phone, into a check-in point that shows the QR code for each shift. See more in volunteer scheduling.
02
Each volunteer profile shows their volunteering time and length of service, alongside a full history of missions joined, shifts completed and reports submitted. Activity is tracked automatically, so totals stay current without anyone adding them up.
Need the raw data? Export volunteers, missions and shifts to Excel at any time, with a full audit trail of every change.
03
Recorded attendance feeds straight into reporting, supporting funder returns, compliance and impact measurement. Build custom insights dashboards from any data in Volunteero, such as volunteer hours by group, a single project or a monthly report for management.
Dashboards update in real time and can be filtered by date range and group, so the numbers are ready when a funder asks. See more in volunteer reporting.
04
Hours are also a reason to say thank you. Badge automations award badges on milestones such as total volunteering time, length of service or the number of shifts completed, so a volunteer reaching 50 hours is recognised without anyone keeping count.
Badges can be discoverable, so volunteers can see the next milestone they’re working towards. See more in volunteer recognition.
Also included
Staff can see attendance for every mission and shift, and who is on site in real time. It helps on busy days and makes it easy to spot gaps while there’s still time to fill them.
Mission templates can let volunteers submit expense claims with their mission report, so the time and costs for each activity are recorded together.
