Publish to Marketplace and GoVo
Configurable application forms
Automatic reference collection

01
Opportunities are how you advertise roles to prospective volunteers. Create a new opportunity or clone an existing one, then publish it to:
Your search board: link it to your website so visitors can search, filter and apply for every opportunity you run
The Volunteero Marketplace: exclusive to Volunteero clients. The Volunteero app ranks near the top of the App Store and Google Play for key volunteering search terms, and accounts for nearly 20% of new applicants across our client base
GoVo: our native integration publishes your opportunities to GoVo in one step

02
Forms handle volunteer applications, expressions of interest and client referrals. They also collect and store information on profiles, such as volunteer agreements and waivers. Every form is fully configurable and can include:
Rich text sections, images and layout options
Standard profile fields such as name, email, address and date of birth
Custom questions, from dropdown lists to long answers
Digital signatures
Document uploads
Each form has its own link to share, or you can embed it on your website. Choose which staff are notified when a new submission arrives, and save time by cloning forms you already have.
03
Forms can do more than collect answers. Each one can trigger the next step automatically, so an application form can start a volunteer’s onboarding and training, while other forms enrich volunteer profiles or collect the documents you need. Set rules based on how people answer:
Tags: automatically add tags to volunteer profiles based on their form responses
Groups: automatically add volunteers to specific groups based on their form responses
Onboarding: enrol a volunteer in an onboarding journey as soon as they submit a form
Applicants keep moving without staff updating records by hand. See how journeys work in volunteer onboarding and training.

04
Add reference collection to any form. It can start automatically when a submission arrives or be started by staff, and you design the questions referees answer. Referees get an email with the context and a link to submit their reference. If a reference hasn’t arrived within 7 days, Volunteero sends a follow-up automatically.
Volunteero has collected hundreds of thousands of references, and the average response time is just over 48 hours.
Received references can notify the right staff to review and approve them. The same feature also works for collecting parental consent for younger volunteers.
05
All submissions sit in one list that staff can filter, with a saved default view. Open any submission to see the full response, download it as a PDF or print it, and see which onboarding journey the applicant is on. What each staff member sees can be limited to the groups they oversee.
